OUR TEAM

TOM GRAY // Owner +  Executive Chef

Tenacious with a capital T.  
Very creative but has a thing for extreme drawer organization and checklists.  Family man. Favorite childhood dishes: New England Boil and Taco Night.  While raised in Florida, he has hung his chef coat in cities as far and wide as New York City, Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Napa Valley.

ANDREW ALLEN // Chef de Cuisine

Jacksonville native, born and raised, with a love of fishing, family and hockey.  Chef Andrew joins the Town Hall team after working at our sister restaurant, Prati Italia, for 5 years. 

RACHAEL MORRIS // General Manager

Loyal + True.
Pastimes include dancing, designing/sewing clothes and camping.  Described by her peers as glowing, compassionate and dedicated. Originally from New Mexico, Rachael has called Jacksonville home since 2000, and it’s a better city for it.
