TOM GRAY // Owner +  Executive Chef

Tenacious with a capital T.  
Very creative but has a thing for extreme drawer organization and checklists.  Family man. Favorite childhood dishes: New England Boil and Taco Night.  While raised in Florida, he has hung his chef coat in cities as far and wide as New York City, Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Napa Valley.

AL FUENTES // Chef de Cuisine

Never met a stranger. 
The yang to Chef Tom's yin.   Comic-Con, all the way.  Get’s it, whatever it is.  Has called many places home, including Southern California and New Orleans. When not at Town Hall, you can find him hanging out in all the cool places.  

RACHAEL MORRIS// Dining Room Manager

Loyal + True.
Pastimes include dancing, designing/sewing clothes and camping.  Described by her peers as glowing, compassionate and dedicated. Originally from New Mexico, Rachael has called Jacksonville home since 2000, and it’s a better city for it.


Nickname: Big Thunder.
Quiet and genuine, Aaron's “super power wish” is to fly. (Maybe that’s how we’ll get our wine delivery business going!)  In his spare time you can find him tinkering with new cocktail recipes or hiking in a national park.

Wishes she could embrace her true Sagittarius spirit, but usually finds herself in a Capricorn state-of-mind (blame it on a cusp birthday). Somewhat superstitious.  Transplanted west-coaster and occasional night owl.
